2. BACKGROUND:

The English area is intended for students who have a basic knowledge of English. It letsto analyze and broaden the knowledge of the English language through the study of grammatical, lexical and phonetics system developing skills of understanding and production of oral and written textsin a natural and spontaneous way in real contexts. The students will improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills which let them express from more simple to complex English structures,applying strategies and techniques in specific situations into a social context.
