RESUMEN
En esteprotocolo se presenta la problemática con las nuevas normas educativas dictadas en el último año en el país, se expone la falta de exigencia de la SEP en los niveles de educación básica creando un nuevo pensar en la juventud generando profesionistas de bajo rendimiento. En la investigación se refleja la importancia del rigor que debe existir desde las bases de la educación que son los fundamentos deun buen desarrollo estudiantil.
Además investigar, medir, cuestionar y relacionar los perfiles que deben tener los estudiantes, maestros y directivos para generar un verdadero cambio en la educación del país logrando generar mayor calidad en nuestros profesionistas y el futuro de la economía del país.
La investigación se realizara en tres meses analizando e interpretando datos que tienen comobase nuestros estratos generados por la muestra tomada de nuestra población.
Reflejamos la importancia de la medición de nuestras variables y con cada característica esencial tomando el método de análisis deductivo tomando los datos recolectados con nuestros instrumentos ocupados que son la entrevista.

In this protocol we present the problem with the new education standards issued inthe last year in the country, exposed the lack of demand for the SEP in basic education levels creating a new thinking in generating youth underperforming professionals. The research reflects the importance of rigor that should exist from the bases of education is the foundations of a good student development.
Also investigate measure, question and relate the profiles should students, teachersand administrators to generate a real change in the country's education generate higher quality achieved in our professionals and the future of the country's economy.
The research was done in three months analyzing and interpreting data that are based on our strata generated by the sample taken from our population.
Reflect the importance of our variable measuring and taking every essentialfeature of the analysis method using the data collected deductive our instruments are employed the interview.
