Definition: this is a group of persons - all with Latin American roots andgenes, now living in the Dallas area who willingly come together to create a Development Fund to secure Latino participation in projects here in the Dallas area and link them to our native countries.The project is leading to the creation and operation of a Community Banking System through which we will canalize all agreed upon opportunities.
Definición:Este es un grupo de personas – todas conraíces y genes Latinos, que ahora están radicadas en el área de Dallas, quienes libremente se asocian para crear un Fondo de Desarrollo Comunitario, el cual va a asegurar la participación de LosLatinos en innovadores proyectos aquí en Dallas, y también vincularlos con nuestros países de origen. Este proyecto está pensado sobre la base de la creación y operación de un Sistema BancarioComunitario mediante el cual se canalizaran todas las oportunidades de inversión y de negocios.

Modus Operandi: create a Burse/Investment fund. Capitalize at $1.5M USD to be sold as single slots of $100,000 for a total of 15. Funds must be deposited with GlobalPerspectives in Development for a minimum of 3 years. Full disclosure of operations will be given to Investor or Investor Representative. All funds will be kept in US dollars and in US banking system.Fully insured and earnings will be paid out yearly with the option of reinvesting after 3 years. Conservative earnings expected: 10%/year.
