Matrices comparativas técnico-económicas para los tipos de entrepisos más usados en Costa Rica

Abstract

Resumen

The floors probably could be one of the most expensive elements in the construction of a building, that is the reason that upgrading them to the maximum has given as result a great variety of technical solutions. The project will consist in analyze the alternatives, comparingthem between so much for its structural behavior (deformation, vibration, own weight), as his cost (materials, manpower, direct costs). This great variety of floors, makes think about several materials used alone or combining between them. Some examples are the concrete, iron, wood, sheets of galvanized iron, and others. For the design, the last theory is the method to use, obtaining this wayminor sections, and taking advantage to the maximum of the capacity of the elements. At the end of the job, data tables and graphs are presented as help of the design as well as some examples to explain the utilization of these helps and conclude that inside the technicaleconomical comparative analysis, there is no floor more adequate that other without before the designer studies the kindness ofevery system and the destiny of floor for its selection. Los entrepisos quizás son uno de los elementos más costosos de la construcción de un edificio, por lo que el tratar de optimizarlos al máximo, ha dado como resultado una gran variedad de soluciones técnicas. El proyecto consistirá en analizar estas alternativas, comparándolas entre ellastanto por su comportamiento estructural (deformación, vibración, peso propio), como por su costo (materiales, mano de obra, costos directos). Esta gran variedad de entrepisos, hace pensar en varios materiales, usados solos o en una combinación entre ellos. Ejemplos son el concreto, acero, la madera, láminas de hierro galvanizado, entre otros. Para el diseño, la teoría última es el método a usar,obteniendo así menores secciones y aprovechando al máximo la capacidad de los elementos. Al final del trabajo, se presentan tablas y gráficos como ayudas de diseño, así como algunos ejemplos para explicar la utilización de estas ayudas y se concluye con que dentro del análisis comparativo técnico-económico de los entrepisos, no hay un entrepiso más adecuado que otro, sin que antes el diseñadorestudie las bondades de cada sistema y el destino de piso para su selección.
