Narrator- Beowulf begins with a history of the great Danish King Hrothgar, Scyld's great-grandson, is well loved by his people and successful in war. Hebuilds a lavish hall, called Heorot, to house his vast army, and when the hall is finished, the Danish warriors gather under its roof to celebrate

Grendel- arrgh! too much noise, too much nooise!!! Grendel-Must kill, must kill!!!Narrator-Later that night Grendel attacks the hall killing hrothgars sleeping soldiers.Soldiers sleeping. Grendel breaks down door andstarts killing themSoldier 1-heelp meee!!!Soldier 2-Its too strooong!!!Narrator-Grendel leaves the castle and later the king Hrothgar and his queen come out of hiding to see the devastationHrothgar-By the gods, look at what that foul beast has done!!!Hrothgar-My men...there all deadNarrator- And for twelve years, the fear of Grendel's fury casts a shadow over the lives of the Danes with no way ofstopping.

Narrator-The news of the beast has been heard even in the Geatlands where a mighty warrior called Beowulf with his strongest men will go and kill it.Beowulf arrives on boat to HerotBeowulf-Hail, Hrothgar! I have come with my warriors to help with your cause.Him and Hrothgar shakehandsHrothgar-Thank you Beowulf. Now help us purge this land from that great evil. Beowulf- Now that I will do. But we need a plan to lure it out of hiding.Narrator - And so Beowulf tells his plan to Hrothgar to make another celebration to lure it out of hidingBeowulf- And then my men and I will stay the rest of the night in the hall waiting for it.Hrothgar-Please Beowulf by the gods kill this evil beast

Narrator- Beowulf true to his word wrestles the monster barehanded.
Beowulf-Here I come to save the king's warriors from Grendel's claws.(Looking to the public says in a loud voice)
Beowulf.-Im going to wrestle this monster, barehanded.Grendel- Ahh!!AGH (wrestling Beowulf) (Beowulf tears off his right arm, from the shoulder) Narrator – Grendel screams annoyed an escapes walking really slowly and dying on the way to his cave.After
