Ingredients

1/4 cabbage, julienned
1 cup leek
1/2 cup seedless white raisins
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of curry powder
q.b. salt
1 cloveof garlic
1 cup milk

Preparation
After having all finely chopped vegetables, place in a Sarte oil and garlic. Let the garlic brown. Place all vegetables and saute um put some salt. When thevegetables are cooked, but still hard, add milk, curry where previously dissolved, add the raisins. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes.

Eggs with Tomato

Ingredients

3-4 eggs (depending on number ofpeople)
1 can peeled tomatoes
1 small onion
1 Late of pitted black olives
1 can mushrooms rolled
Salt, pepper and olive oil

Preparation
Prepare a sauce in a pan with the onion and tomato, addthe olives and fungus. Spices to taste. In the pan with a wooden spoon make small spaces to place the eggs. Then cover the pan and simmer for remaining as poached.
You can serve with rice or mashedpotatoes.

Garlic Bread and Cheese

Ingredients

6 wheels of bread to your liking
Olive oil
Salt
Oregano
Garlic powder
Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Une in a bowl and mix allthe ingredients well. After each conference Brush bread with the mixture. Finally put the cheese on each wheel of bread. Bake for about 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly browned.Ready to serve!

Tomato and Zucchini Omelette

Ingredients

3 eggs
40 grs. diced bacon (optional)
1 zucchini, diced
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation
Heat oil in a pan anti-adherent, addthe tomato pulp and cook a few minutes. Add to the pan the squash into cubes, mix well and cook for 2 minutes, joins the bacon. Beat eggs in a cup apart and added to the pan, mix a little and let itcook until the tortilla gets its way. Com you carefully flip to cook the other side. Then serve and decorate to your liking.
