1. Fix - assignment name field in PSPAssgtData in all the databases- Change to 255 chars in PSP Student Workbook-2003.YYYYMMDD.mde and .mdb, PSP Student Workbook_be.mdb, and PSP Assignments_be.mdb
2. Fix - PSP20 bug where time and defect data can be modified by user but should not be changed after user enters values. Solution: modProgramSize.UpdateProgramSize is re-calculating the defect and time data during planning and also during updating of actual sizedata on form SET during PM. Modify UpdateProgramSize to not update plan time or plan DI/DR when only actual size values are modified.
- Add global variable modglobals.blnSETActualSizeValueUpdated
- Set variable to FALSE when SET is opened
- Set variable to TRUE using After_Update event for all fields on SET affect actual size
- Modify modProgramSize.UpdateProgramSize to ignore updates ofplan time and defects when modglobals.blnSETActualSizeValueUpdated is true
- reset modglobals.blnSETActualSizeValueUpdated to false at end of UpdateProgramSize
3. Fix - blank name field in parts on SET is incompatible with parts database. Require name field in parts on SET. Changed the validation rule for name of base, added, and reused parts to null. Changed the validation rulefor Added Part fields size measure, part type, and relative size to not accept a null.
4. Fix - Reports that PSP0 size update option isn't working. Unable to reproduce.
5. Feature - Create a packaged version for Fundamentals/Advanced
6. Fix - Set navigation buttons to false on all forms where navigation should not be allowed because the Access 2007 navigation buttons include filter andsearch buttons that allow the user to bypass required filtering. This could have been the source of many unexplained errors on project plan summaries.
7. Feature – In Access 2007, the old packaging tool that adjusts default settings for Tools/Options is no longer available and the new packaging tools does not support this capability. To replace it, added a feature to set application optionsand properties as required for run time version. Properties are set as follows…
- StartupForm = "Welcome"
- NavigationPane is hidden (Version 12.0 only when welcome form opens)
- StartupShowStatusBar is hidden
- AllowFullMenus is set to false
- AllowShortcutMenus is set to false
- AllowBuiltInToolbars is set to false
- AllowToolBarChanges is set to false
