Resumen
El teléfono móvil es considerado uno de los avances más importantes dentro de la era moderna, se ha vuelto tan necesario en nuestro estilo de vida quecada vez se ha ido ajustando a nuestras demandas laborales, sociales y personales al punto en que sus aplicaciones se han alejado por mucho de las funciones básicas para las cuales este aparato fue inventado.
Al principio esta nueva generación de teléfonos inteligentes fueron creados para el área laboral, surgiendo ahí el primer teléfono con Internet, pensando en los ejecutivos y que éstospudieran recibir en su celular los correos y citas referentes a su negocio y así facilitar su trabajo. Antes estos celulares eran reservados sólo para el mercado laboral ya que su precio era bastante alto, limitando a la mayoría de los consumidores.
Ahora la historia es otra, se le atribuye a la compañía Apple el primer “Smartphone” para el público en general. Esta nueva ola de celulares marcó lahistoria y la sociedad, cambiando radicalmente nuestro estilo de vida. Ahora estos teléfonos móviles cuentan con Internet y una gran variedad de aplicaciones que nos permiten estar en contacto con nuestras redes sociales. Poco a poco el Smartphone se ha convertido en una pieza clave para nuestras actividades cotidianas y la idea de no tener uno se ha vuelto cada vez más lejana.
El uso del Smartphonepuede beneficiarnos ya que sus herramientas son bastante útiles y sólo se necesita de una red de Internet inalámbrica para poder hacer uso de éstas, la cuestión radica en el tiempo y atención que se le invierte a este aparato, y en qué punto esta herramienta tan eficaz puede resultarnos desde beneficiosa hasta absorbente y demandante.
Por lo mismo, esta investigación se enfocó en observar másdetalladamente a la población que posee un Smartphone y así determinar qué tanto tiempo y atención le dedican y de qué manera esta herramienta afecta en las relaciones interpersonales de quienes lo poseen. Uno de nuestros objetivos de investigación es saber si el uso excesivo de este medio pudiera crear más barreras que vínculos sociales.

Abstract
The mobile phone is considered one of the mostimportant advances in the modern age; it has become so necessary in our lifestyle that with the pass of the time this tool has been adjusted to our work, social and personal demands to the point where their applications are far away from the basic functions for which this device was invented.
At first this new generation of smart phones were created specifically for working purposes , emergingthen, the first phone with internet, which were made thinking in the executives that would make use of this phones and that they could receive on their cell phone emails and appointments related to their businesses and to facilitate their work. So we can also say these phones were reserved only for the labor market because of their prices, they were quite high, making them not affordable to mostconsumers.
Now the story is different, is attributed to the company Apple the first "Smartphone" for the public in general. This new wave of phones marked the history and society, radically changing our lifestyle. Now these mobile phones have internet and lots of applications that allow you to get in touch with your social networks. Gradually, the Smartphone has become a key part of our dailyactivities and the idea of not having one has become increasingly distant.
The proper use of the Smartphone may benefit us because its tools are quite useful, and we only need a wireless internet network to make use of them, the question may be how much time and attention you invest in this device, and to what point this tool stops being beneficial and becomes absorbing and demanding.
