Objectives:
Recognize foods that help our bodies.
Knowing the type of food and helps our body gives us
Theoretical framework:
Healthy Food Junk Food
• The Oats, especially on the breakfast.
•The milk
• The banana, is a food that provides a lot of energy and be integrated into our daily food
• Vegetables, fruits and cereals
• Is necessary to eat carbohydrates such as bread, fruit,vegetables, etc., helping to regulate the nervous tissues and is the only source of brain power.
• The water and the rice. By eating low calorie food, people can lower their defenses, so it may havediseases.
• The burgers
• The fried potatoes
• The red meat
• Candies, lollipops and chocolates
• Cakes and soda.



1. What do you eat? Compare with the food pyramid
I like very much arebread, cereals, pasta, because I provide many nutrients. But also I also like vegetables and fruits that help me grow. Milk and cheese I was eating in small quantities because they contain fat.
Finally Iusually eat sweets








2. How many meals do you eat daily? When and how often?
I perform 5 meals a day. The first meal is breakfast where the food is balanced. My second meal is a snackwhere I as a sandwich or a fruit salad, the third meal is lunch, the fourth meal I eat another snack but slightly smaller, this can be a fruit, and the last meal is dinner where as little as taking awater and bread








3. Why do you need to eat healthy? Explain why and the results if you don't do it?
Because having a good diet can have unna good health. if we do not start to eathealthy, like eating very little and not make 3 meals a day can have a disease like bulimia or anorexia, whereas if we start eating junk food that has fat, sugar, and others we can start another diseaseas overweight which can harm our digestive system like the heart




Conclusions:
-We see that if we can consume all food, but not too much because then nod cause harm to our body
