Today in day the discriminations is present in everywhere, the work is a place where manifested of various form. In the case ofthe women, they are discriminate just because are women, therefore is battered, abused, sexual harassment and are views as the weak sex.
In the case of the men, they are battered, harassment andforced to work hard.

The discrimination in the home 

Today there many men that abuse their wives, in many cases reaching the blows and in cases more extreme the killer of the victim. The women intheir home are discriminate receive abuse, are detract, and are oppressed. These are main causer’s depression or disease in the women.
