Emmanuel (Recepcionist): Good afternoon, sir. May I help you?

Alan (Guest): I would like to check in. I havea reservation.

Emmanuel (Recepcionist): What is your name, please?

Alan (Guest): Amm., Alan Fernandez

Emmanuel (Recepcionist):Yes, Mr. Fernandez. Yourequested a single room for three nights, is that correct?

Alan (Guest): Yes, could I have a room on the upper floors, away from the ice machine? I want to berelaxed

Emmanuel (Recepcionist): No problem Mr. Fernandez. Do you prefer a smoking or non-smoking floor?

Alan (Guest): Non-smoking please. I don’t like thesmell of cigarrete, I hate it.

Emmanuel (Recepcionist): Yeah you all right. I support you!
Could you fill out the registration form, please. Thank you. Andwill you be paying by cash or credit card?

Alan (Guest): Cash, if you accept American dollars.

Emmanuel (Recepcionist): Of course, sir. If you require localcurrencies we can also exchange money for you.

Alan (Guest): That’s great, I do need some cash. I need to buy some things for this night, because tonight willbe special! If you know what I mean!
Emmanuel (Recepcionist): Yeah good for you! Your room number is 1109. Here’s your key. Enjoy your stay at the Luna Bonita.If you require anything further, feel free to call the front desk. Would you like assistance with your bags?

Alan (Guest): No thanks, I only have one. I canmanage.
Emmanuel (Recepcionist): Ok. I think it's perfect. Well again, have a nice stay here and good look tonight!
Alan (Guest): Thank you. I will have it.
