Storm Should Get Her Movie

If Storm got her own title and/or a movie I could just die happily squealing like a tiny child. 
Right now they’re kind of pushing Black Widow and Captain Marvel, butI don’t feel like either one has the sheer audience recognition of Storm. 
It’s just disappointing that Fox still owns the rights to X-Men films; I’d love to see whatMarvel could do with a Storm origin-story film. (the less said about the Wolverine movie the better and why they’re churning out another one is beyond me.)
I wouldlove to see a film—with a stronger approach to the character, and a stronger actress in the lead role—detailing Storm’s life prior to the X-Men. Part of the reason thatshe functions differently than Wonder Woman is that the X-Men are typically way more of a package deal than the Justice League, which is always auxiliary to WonderWoman’s life, and so it’s harder for Storm to function on her own (really, only Wolverine has managed to do that out of any of the X-Men). But if they focused on the vastamounts of weirdness that happened to Ororo prior to X-life—to the point where they could even end it before she joins—they could probably do at least one great movie.STORM IS PERFECT! They are SQUANDERING her potential. They are sitting on an absolute goldmine. Her life prior to joining the X-men is so bizarre and utterly fascinating,it is one of the best origin stories, period. And on top of it all, she has relationships with EVERY major player in the main x-universes. So they could take their pickas to what secondary characters could make the mostmoney. The way she has been treated for the past several years in an out of the comics has just been appalling.
