South Region Pemex
i) Pemex 3 x 2000 HP land rigs (IPC renewal). Pemex nullified the process and will re-launch the tender. Tender to be released. Term 730 days. To bereleased in December.
ii) Pemex 3 x 1500 HP land rigs (Nabors renewal). Pemex nullified the process and will re-launch the tender. Tender to be released. Term 730 days. To be released in December.
iii)Pemex will release several tenders to contract 19 additional land rigs, from 350 to 4000 HP, most of these 2000 HP. Pemex has requested revised delivery dates from Nabors so that they can direct awardsome the 2000hp and 1500hp rigs. Pemex will inspect some of the proposed drilling rigs.
North Region Pemex:
i) Pemex: working in a direct assignment contract for SSD XX, term still to be announced.Current contract will be ending in May 23, 2013.
Marine Region (CDC):
i) Pemex RFQ 5 x 1000 HP platform rigs (SSD X, XI & XIV); 730 days contract term to start ASAP. Preparing proposal.Submitted waiting on response from Pemex. Proposal to be submitted on July 30. Submitted. Pemex advised on 3 rigs as per the last tender prices. Got approval from Houston to accept terms and prices for SS Xand XI. Submitted offer for rigs SSD X and XI. Pemex will submit our proposal to SUBCAOS for authorization. SSD-22 will be substituted by SSD-14 (approved by NOC) and to be offered to Pemex as the 3rd.rig under the direct award. SSD XIV Declined. Direct award packages for SSD XI and X to be submitted in Nov 5 Awarded rig XI and XI starting dates Dec. 26, 2012 and Jan 25, 2013. Week 50: Check listfor SSD XI in Seybaplaya yard successful, will aim for getting it on payroll due to delayed platform readiness.
ii) Pemex: 1 x 3000 HP platform rig, new built, direct assignment process. Accepted byNabors
iii) Pemex: 1 x 2000 HP platform rig, direct assignment process for 495 days contract term Week 51: working in getting at least 1200 days as contract term.
