Dear PAMSA family,

Time is running and our excitement is growing. We have only 4
months left to the Regional Meeting and we have started the
countdown! This dream will soon become a reality!

We want youto experience more than a Regional Meeting, by
offering you one of the greatest experiences ever. Most of all, we
hope you will gain the tools and the inspiration to become a great
physician compromised with your society and living as an active tool
to tackle the health inequities of the Region.

On behalf the whole OC I want to welcome you to our
wonderful country and present you thisevent, prepared with a lot of

Make sure you include the transfer fees in the payment you make.

The payment in any particular registration type should be done ONTIME during the registration period. We
will give 72 hours after the end of the registration to receive the money in our bank account, after that extra
time, the payment will be consider undone.

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY
The two important dates to remember when asking about Cancelations and/or
Substitutions are:

December 4th : CANCELLATIONS can be done without penalty.December 14th : SUBSTITUTIONS can be done without prejudice

No cancellations or substitutions are allowed after the set date and
no refund will be done.

The following information is the latest published and has been obtained through the External
Relations Ministry

NORTH AMERICA:
No visa needed from the USA,
Canada or Mexico

CENTRAL AMERICA and the
CARIBBEAN
No visaneeded from: Antigua,
Bermuda, Barbados, Belice,
Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Panama,
St Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago
You need visa if you come from:
Costa Rica, Cuba, El Salvador,
Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua,
the Dom. Rep.
