EXPOSITION AND DISCUSSION OF THE RESULTS.  
HYPOTHESIS Nº 1
The basic cognitive levels of the students that they show when they enter to the 8th year of Basic Education, affect their normal development of the four Basic English skills at “Manuel Cabrera Lozano” Experimental High School.

Analysis and Interpretation.

Three teachers surveyed one says he considers cognitive level students in eighth year is good, in both two consider it to be regular.
Three teachers surveyed one says he considers cognitive level students in eighth year is good, in both two consider it to be regular.In this regard teachers consider that the level of learning Englishis regular in the eighth year of the Colegio Manuel Cabrera Lozano students, this fact gives reason that teachers provide greater emphasis on the scientific contents that have the books, and do not apply any kind of skills that are important for students, so it is necessary the use of them for a better fluidity in learning.

Analysis and Interpretation

The students surveyed Gets the following responses: 81 considered that knowledge of English is regular, 65 which is good, very good 12 and 5 students consider it to be excellent..

In this sense we can see how our hypothesis is true; eighth grade students are aware thattheir knowledge of English do not reach the four skills that are required for the handling of this language.

As noted above this is that teachers do not apply appropriate teaching techniques to enhance student's English language skills management and reaching eighth year with insipientes knowledge of the.

Analysis and Interpretation.

The survey gets two teachers considered that the student's basic cognitive development gave affects its process so that one considers that this does not affect the management of skills.

Based on the retrieved and focusing on our hypothesis, we can point out that the cognitive level of the child influences the development of theirlearning learning is a process by which new information is associated with a relevant aspect of the individual (integrating concept) and which are supported and build new knowledge, without these rules cannot be a child reaches four English language skills already in an eighth year of education Basic.
