I. RESUMEN El presente estudio tiene como eje principal conocer cuáles son las influencias de laspremisas del terapeuta sistémico, al momento de trabajar con parejas temáticas de violencia conyugal, principalmente con la inclusión de la figura del agresor. Para llegar a contestar la pregunta de investigación que guiará este estudio, será fundamental mencionar las hipótesis relacionadas con las premisas del terapeuta, que según la investigadora podrían estar guiando su accionar en la terapia.Debido a que este estudio se enmarca dentro de los parámetros de la Terapia Sistémica, se define el marco teórico desde esta perspectiva. Además de incluir en la investigación información actualizada del tema de violencia en Chile y América Latina. Posteriormente se describe el Marco Metodológico, donde se encuadra este estudio para poder responder a la pregunta inicial, en el cuál se realizará unadescripción de los resultados (de las entrevistas) y análisis de estos, para que finalmente se expongan las reflexiones en torno al tema principal de la investigación.

Abstract The present study has as a principal axis to know which are the influences of the premises of the systemic therapist, at the moment of working with thematic couples of conjugal violence, mainly with the inclusion of theaggressor figure. To reach to answer the investigation question that will guide this study, it would be fundamental to mention the hypothesis related to the premises of the therapist, that as the investigator could be guiding its actions during the therapy. Due to that this study its framed into the parameters of the systemic therapy, the theory frame it’s defined from this perspective. Besides ofincluding in the investigation updated information of the violence subject in Chile and Latin America. Later the methodological frame, where this study is framed so the initial question can be answered, in which will be a description of the results (of the interviews) and analysis of them, so finally the reflections about the main subject of the investigation will be exposed. 3

II. INTRODUCCIONLa violencia en la pareja se presenta en todos los países, a pesar de diferentes grupos sociales, económicos, religiosos o culturales.
