The responsibility
Responsibility is a value that is in the conscience of the person who allows you to reflect, manage, direct and evaluate the consequences of their actions, always at the levelof the moral.
Once it passes the level of ethics (implementation), sets the magnitude of these actions and how to deal with them in a more positive and always integral for improving labour, social,cultural and natural.
The responsible person is one that acts consciously being the direct or indirect cause of a fact happened. You are required to answer for something or someone. It is also thatcomplies with its obligations or put care and attention in what it does or decides. In the field of criminal, guilty of something, act or crime. In another context, is the person who is responsible forthe address in an activity.
Principles of responsibility
Responsible for compliance in our human work, whatever, would be governed by principles such as:
* Recognize and respond to the ownconcerns and those of others.
Improve yields in the time and the resources of the Office that is without limits
* Timely report of abnormalities that are generated in a voluntary or involuntary way.* Plan in time and form the different actions that make up a general activity.
* Assume the consequences that the omissions, works, expressions with elegance and feelings generated in theperson, the environment and the lives of others and the resources allocated to the Office conferred.
* Promoting healthy practices and principles to produce manage and use the tools and materials thatis vested in the charge.
