With this work, we try to announce what really is Italy as sovereign country, besides which we take the location that has in the European continent and the meaning of the flag, the celebrations,the gastronomy, the tourist places and the gown, explaining thoroughly each of the points. Also we will visualize that it makes it be such a developed country, the principal economic sectors of thecountry are the tourism, the mode, the engineering, the chemical products, the car and the supply(food). Besides that we will know that the Italian kitchen(cuisine) is one of the most refined andchanged of Europe, from the tasty Neapolitan recipes and Calabrians up to prepared based on so called sauce "pesto".

LOCATION
Italy (Italian: Republic of Italy or Italy) is a countryin southern Europe.  Italy comprises a boot-shaped peninsula and two large islands in the Mediterranean Sea, Sicily and Sardinia.  Italy shares its northern alpine boundary with France, Switzerland, Austria and Slovenia.The country also shares a border with 2 tiny independent states, San Marino and the Vatican, both of which are entirely surrounded by Italian territory.
Comparatively, Italy is slightly larger thanthe state of Arizona. Rome, the capital city, is on the country's western coast at the heart of the peninsula. Other major cities include Milan, Naples, Genoa, Florence, Venice, Palermo, Bologna, andBari.
Italy has a mild temperate climate thanks to the moderating influence of the sea and the protection given by the Alpine mountain barrier. The weather varies quite considerably depending on howfar you are from the sea or the mountains.
