PhysicalExercise
Physical exercise to good health. One of the methods to prevent health problems (specially cardiovascular problems), obesity and help to keep good muscle tone and elasticity.
The dailypractice of moderate physical and other health habits, make an impact directly in reduction of risk factors like diabetes, arteriosclerosis, obesity and hypertension. Sport helps to reduce bad cholesterollevels (saturate fat), and benefits diabetic patients.
It is a good advice to make some aerobic excercises (recommended four times a week), with at least a half hour duration, and moderate intensitylevels. It’s also recommended running, bike riding and swimming, where you use big muscle groups.
Advices to make healthy exercises:
You must start exercises gradually (maybe with a power walk), andshould not expect to get in shape for the overnight. You should see the results after three months of constant effort (an improvement of your physical condition).
Exercises periods should be longenough to sweat, but not so much to been exhausted and cannot take a breath.
Planning a 20 to 30 minutes routine, at least 3 or 4 times a week. It includes stretching before and after the exercises(this helps to prevent injuries). If it hurts a lot to do some exercise, the person probably is exceeded.
Aerobic exercises make heart and lungs stronger, and should be of the routine to be on shape.Some of these exercises are, for example: walking, trotting, running, swimming, jumping, dancing, tennis and cycling. To succeed the best benefits, it is necessary to do these exercises for uninterruptedperiods of 10 to 12 minutes.
Strength and flexibility exercises are important to keep the capacity to do daily activities.
