THESIS: Physical exercise is one of the most important factors people have to practice to improve their health.
INTRODUCTION: Nowadays physical exercisehas been recognized as the leader precursor of a healthycondition, it causes different effects on the body.
ARGUMENT 1: When somebody is physically fit, apart from having good health,he feels good and looks good.
COUNTER-ARGUMENT: The physical exercise is not the only way to be fit, people can have surgeries inother procedures to look better.
SUPPORTING IDEAS:
- Many studies have shown thatregular activities and exercise can improve health.
- Exercise reduces the risk of serious illness.

ARGUMENT 2: Physical exercise also has impact on people’s welfare state,how happy people are and on their level of self-esteem.
COUNTER-ARGUMENT: Healthy habits are also important, for instance, o consume food with high nutritional value, to drink water, to sleep at least seven or high hoursper day and not to drink alcohol or to smok.
SUPPORTING IDEAS:
- Those people who exercise frequently but don’t practice healthyhabits don’t obtain positive results.
Exercise has become very popular, most people want to do it but it only helpswhen it is practiced regularly.

ARGUMENT 3: Stimulating the muscles and bones help the joints to be able to move better as well.

COUNTER-ARGUMENT: Ithas to be clear that a wrong exercise can cause injuries on your muscles and bones, some of them can be very serious.

SUPPORTING IDEAS:

- According to statistics many people got injured due to the lack of knowledge about the correct way to workout.
- When your exercise a good technique is very important in order to get positive results.

CONCLUSION:
Doing exercise has important effectson the body, but it also affects the way people feel and their welfare state. It is very important to recognize that exercise should be practiced on a safe way.

ESSAY
It cannot be denied that after industrial revolution and later when technological revolution happened, people have become less active, so they normally do not practice any physical activity and they just walk thirty meters orfifty at maximum, in fact sedentary is recognized is one of the most important mortality risk factors. As a consequence, people have started suffering from heart disease, hypertension and obesity which are just some of the most common sicknesses and which are related to more serious ones as stroke. But what people are not aware of is that regular physical exercise can control their occurrence andsharpness.
Due to all the benefits derived from working out, it has become very important, mainly because it implies a physical activity which is realized during a definite time, how intense and how often it is realized is also definite. The secret of working out is how the body improves its physical state as an answer to the continuous challenge. A very clear way to observe this physical state...
