Primero que nada se tiene que un sujeto como acreedor posee ciertos elementos protectores para su beneficio. Aun así uno se puede encontrar conun acreedor con garantía real y un acreedor quirografario. En este trabajo se tratara acerca del acreedor quirografario.

Concepto de Acreedor Quirografario.
Aquel que no tiene asegurado su crédito con garantía real sobre bienes específicos del deudor. El deudor garantiza el cumplimiento con todo su patrimonio existente al momento de la ejecución.

Elementos protectores.
Encontrándose en diferenciacon el acreedor con garantía real, el acreedor quirografario esta en la posibilidad de tener la necesidad de ejecutar acciones en contra de actos del deudor con la intención de evadir el cumplimiento del pago.
