After taking this exam I am more aware of my strengths and how all my past jobs have been a reflection of my personality. Now that I am older and wiser I feel stronger and have more confidencein being able to complete my educational goals. The main reason for pursuing my MBA is to strengthen my weaknesses. Although I have worked since the age of 16 I have nothing to show for my hardwork. I have spent most of my life spending money and not saving. I have traveled, bought and sold vehicles and taken care of my daughter. It is time now to save, plan and buy a home. Mybackground in Communication Management and Education will certainly help my future endeavors. I must take what is written in these results and make them a reality. Right now I am seeking a position inan American plant that is situated in Mexico. I would like to work as a trainer or adviser the Human Resource Department. I would love to teach English to Spanish speaking employees.
