RESUMEN

Este informe, de tipodocumental, pretende mostrar algunos mecanismos de resolución de conflictos aplicables en el contexto educativo, enfocando su área de interés específicamente en el nivel de educación media de conformidad a la legislación educativa de nuestra república. Proyecta como objetivos 1) Describir el conflicto y su clasificación en las organizaciones de educación media; 2) Analizar algunas referenciaslegislativas en materia de manejo del conflicto escolar en nuestro país y 3) Presentar mecanismos de resolución de conflicto escolar en el nivel de educación media, enmarcados en la normativa legal vigente. Tomando como referencia la postura de autores como Antúnez, Baqué, Casamayor y Lederach, entre otros; que han venido desarrollando investigaciones en relación al conflicto escolar, sus causas,tipología y mecanismos de resolución, definiéndolo como un proceso natural de los grupos humanos. Se analiza el manejo que se ha dado a estos en nuestro Sistema Escolar atendiendo a lo establecido en la legislación de protección a la infancia y educativa. Enfatizándose en las conclusiones de este estudio la importancia de promover desde nuestras instituciones escolares una educación para la paz, quefavorezca la convivencia y resolución de conflictos en la cotidianidad educativa, como mecanismo que hará posible minimizar la violencia social que tanto preocupa a los(as) educadores(as) en nuestro Sistema Educativo Nacional.

ABSTRACT

This report, of documentary type, tries to show some mechanisms of resolution of applicable conflicts in the educational context, focusing his area of interest specificallyin the level of average education of conformity on the educational legislation of our republic. It plans as aims: 1) To depict the conflict and his classification in the organizations of average education; 2) To analyze some legislative references as for managing of the school conflict in our country and 3) To present mechanisms of resolution of school conflict in the level of average education,framed in the legal in force regulation. Taking the authors' position as a reference as Antúnez, Baqué, Casamayor and Lederach, between(among) others; that have come developing investigations in relation to the school conflict, his reasons, typology and mechanisms of resolution, defining it as a natural process of the human groups. There is analyzed the managing that has given itself these in ourSchool System attending to the established in the protection legislation to the infancy and educational. They are emphasizing the conclusions of this study the importance of promoting from our school institutions an education for the peace, which favors the living together and resolution of conflicts in the educational commonness, as mechanism that will make possible to minimize the societalviolence that so much worries to them educators in our Educational National System.
