Compare and contrast the Colombian drug war and the Mexican drug war. What are the similarities and differences? What do you think needs to happen for Mexico to end its drug war?

First of all weneed to define drug trafficking; which according to USLegal.com it is defined as to be: “Drug trafficking generally refers to the sale and distribution of illegal drugs.” As we know, Mexico andColombia have a huge problem with this type of illegal actions and product, both Mexican and Colombian laws forbid anyone to sell any type of drug related products like marihuana, cocaine, etc. This has lead(due to demand in the countries as well as in the United States and Canada) people to cross the line of legal actions and cultivate, produce, sell and sometimes even pass the products acrossinternational borders in order to get large sums of money.
There are more similarities than differences in the way Mexican and Colombian drug cartels operate, for example the kind of transportation used tocarry drugs; airplanes (private or commercial), by sea with boats, yachts, cruises, and many more, by earth with cars, SUV’s, vans and trucks, “through earth” this means by tunnels that can not be seenby national securities in the respective countries; these are just some of the examples how drug dealers make their move to continue supplying with the demand of drugs.
Another similarity is the waydrug cartels form in order to continue with the illegal activities; there are four levels which are mentioned below:

Level 1: “The Capo” or leader
Level 2: Landowners and financial people
Level3: “Sicarios” and people in the government
Level 4: Transporter, distributor and producer
