AbstractThe present investigation of design non experimental descriptive type - correlacional, which you carry out in the University Peruvian Union in the Ability of Theology. One carries out an I show notprobabilistic (random simple) having as participation 100 students of the fourth year of Theology whose ages understand among 19 to 55 years with the purpose of determining if the self-esteem and thesocial adaptability are related with the self - auto realization. Likewise the instruments used in the investigation were: The Scale of Self-esteem of Rosemberg, the Questionnaire of self - autorealization and the Inventory of Behavioral adaptation (IAC). The results obtained in the present investigation indicate that him the students' 77% has high self-esteem, 82% a satisfactory socialadaptation and that 73% a high self - auto realization. One also carries out a comparative analysis with the purpose of comparing the self-esteem, the social adaptability and the self - auto realization withthe ages, being that there are not significant differences. Los resultados del análisis de varianza indican en la tabla 5 que no existendiferencia significativas en el nivel de adaptabilidad social de los alumnos del 4º año según sus edades (F=0,459, gl= 2 y 97, p > 0,05).
