LA INVESTIGACIÓN EN LA EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR Y SUAPLICABILIDAD SOCIAL Lesbia Colina Colina*
Instituto Universitario de Tecnología “Alonso Gamero” RESUMEN Este estudio de carácter documental, tuvo como propósito analizar la pertinencia social de la investigación que realizan las instituciones de educación superior, vista la aplicabilidad de su deber ser, en tanto dan respuestas a las necesidades en el contexto de la transdisciplinariedad y la diversidad,reflejada en la concreción de un conjunto de medidas y acciones que reconocen las diferencias del hombre, sus valores y saberes. Este marco referencial, ha permitido evidenciar diversas perspectivas sobre las formas como ellas se vinculan e integran con la sociedad, en un accionar que trasciende el estudio e intervención del mundo natural y artificial, modificándolo y adaptándolo a lasnecesidades e intereses nacionales, regionales o locales, y la necesidad de atender programas de educación humanística para estudiar los más elevados fundamentos del conocimiento generado por los especialistas precedentes, contribuyendo así a enriquecer y modificar paradigmas, teorías, leyes científicas que prevalecieron en determinadas circunstancias históricas, satisfaciendo los intereses de la humanidaden todas sus manifestaciones, y atender en consecuencia. THE RESEARCH EDUCATION AND APPLICABILITY ABSTRACT This study of documentary character, had the purpose of analyzing the social pertinence of the research conducted by institutions of higher education, observing the applicability of its expected duties as they give answersto the necessities in the context of transdisciplinarity and diversity, reflected in the concretion of a set of measures and actions which acknowledge man’s differences, his values and knowledge. This referential framework has shown various perspectives regarding the ways they join together and integrate with society, in a movement that goes beyond the study and intervention of the natural andartificial world, by modifying and adapting it to the national, regional and local needs and interests, and the necessity to take care of programs of humanistic education to study the highest foundations of the knowledge generated by the preceding specialists, thus contributing to enrich and change paradigms, theories and scientific laws that prevailed in certain historical circumstances, satisfyingthe interests of humanity in all its forms, and consequently taking care of them.
