“Bullying”.

Bullying or scholar harass is referred to all these aggressive, repetitive and intentional behaves with no reasons from one or more persons against others. Is bothering someone without caring what he or she does, just for the joy it produces. It’s physical harm, it’s verbal and emotional terrorism, it’s sexual harassment, it’s racism … and at times it can grow into much moreserious abuse – and criminal behavior. Some of the ways they bully other people are by: calling them names, saying or writing nasty things about them, leaving them out of activities, not talking to them, threatening them, making them feel uncomfortable or scared, taking or damaging their things, hitting or kicking them, or making them do things they don't want to do. Constant attacks increase theseriousness of bullying, which is already a mental problem in the world.
No race, religion, physical appearance or age is different; this huge problem affects more and more people, it has started to affect them during a young age and no one is safe. Even a nickname can make damage in somebody’s self esteem.
To begin with, there are many different types of bullying; the first one is sexual bullying.It consists on using strength to force somebody to intercourse against his or her will, touching somebody’s private parts when they are distracted is also considered as sexual bullying.
Ignoring someone constantly, for example if he or she proposes something nobody cares or consider it, detaching someone is to agree in a group and ignore someone or excluding a person from where he or she belongsfor example, a group of friends got mad with someone and the next day they ignore him, is also to reject, deny or just avoid meeting someone, this is very common when a new kid enters school, this examples are part of the so called social exclusion and it is bullying too.
Chasing (an aggressive and violent way to make someone do what you want), intimidating (someone instilling fear on someoneelse), blackmail (pressuring by threats) and manipulation (to manipulate things to get something with no fear of lying or spitting on someone’s reputation) refer to psychological bullying.
If someone is using racial slurs against you, making fun of your customs, the color of your skin, your accent, or the food you eat, if they spray symbols and graffiti on your house, if they tease you about yourcountry – that’s racial bullying.
Physical bullying is very common as well as the previous ones, it starts with shoves, pulling hair and kicks but it can end up with murders
The last one is cyber bullying, it survives with social networks such as facebook, it is easy for people to leave an anonymous comment with aggressive, naughty, mean and disrespectful words full of hate, and it gets worst whenthe ones who receive these comments start to believe what they are told.
Then, we have the consequences of this terrible taste jokes, there are many so let’s start with the problem with low self-esteem. This is an usual definition but is very hard to understand it, it isn’t easy to understand or know what guys who are told that they are ugly and worthless think of them, what they see when theylook at the mirror, you can see the magnitude of the damage when you ask them what do they see when they look at the mirror.
The so-called emotional problem appear when the bullied guy isn’t congruent anymore, what he says, does, thinks and feels doesn’t match. Psychosomatic problems are caused by the mind and the moods; this means that when you feel blue or depressed, you start feeling badoutside. Flues are a clear example of this, look at it as a deep and contained crying that comes out as sneezes and lots of Kleenex. Depression comes when what a person wants to do is to cry, he feels like falling down, he doesn’t want to leave a room, and he feels like life is a heavy bag that denies him the right of smiling.
