Strengths 

* Cost advantage:
The cost advantage that mars has is that they sell candy at a very low price so everybody buys it and they can make a profit.* Loyal customers:
Mars has loyal customers because there are people that only buy their products, because they have great kind of candies and people likes it.

* Powerful partnerships:They have made partnerships with a lot of companies and that makes them make profit.

* Unique products:
Unique products because the kind of candy that they make like skittles, m&m’s nobody hasit, there are no similar candy like them and that helps them make money because everybody likes those candies.

Weaknesses 

* Bad communication:
They don’t have much a very good communicationbetween them and that can cause them problems.

* Low market share:
Businesses with low market shares may not be at a disadvantage and can profit by exploiting their smallness. Low market sharebusinesses must replace broad strategy with specific and far-ranging strategy.

* Borrowing:
They borrow a lot of money to make advertising to increase.

Opportunities

She can make a book about the story of mars and how they start being a company, which would make them gain more profit.

* More propaganda:
They should do morepropaganda, because in that way people would buy more and the company would earn more money and be known.

Threats 

* Competition:
Mars has a lot of competition with other companies, becausethey’re not the only ones that sell candies and that can make them loss profit.

* Cheaper technology:
Having cheap technology is a threat because making the candy with that could be a problembecause it may be slower.

A solution for price wars could be that they should have lower prices and people would buy more.
