Critical Thinking
When we cook a cake:
* Deductive- when we cook a cake it is obvious that we are going to eat it. So we deduce that we are going to use some eggs, milk, water, some chocolateor the flavor of the cake, flour, an oven, the decorations, between other ingredients and materials.
* Inductive- when it is already baked we can infer by observing the color that maybe it is ofchocolate or another flavor depending in the color, that there is going to be party so the people are going to eat it. If that happens the people is going to enjoy it and have a good meeting with it.* Analytical-The cake could be baked because there is a party but it’s possible that it won’t be for a party and can be baked for selling it or for eating it without a celebration reason but ifthe cake was baked for a party we don’t know who’s party is it or when it will be celebrate. The physical appearance of the cake depends of the decoration the one that bakes it chooses. The cakecould be big or small depending if it’s going to be baked for a big or a small party. The effects of baking a cake could be that the ones that eat the cake will like it or not or if they would enjoy itbecause it’s someone’s celebration or not. The size of this event is also not known but we can infer that if it’s a big event the cake will be bigger but if it is a small event the cake will besmaller because there would be less people.
* Synthetic- With the previous analytical method we unite all the elements and we synthesize them, and we can produce new judgments. If the cake it’s for aparty and if it’s a big cake and if we look it and looks tasty we can judge and say that it’s going to be a good party.
* Analogical- If we had go to a party with a similar cake and we have fun wecan interpret that we are going to have fun in this party with the similar cake, the same if the party was awful, but we can’t know by certain if this is real until we prove it, going to the...
