Cuba´s Precarious Situation

Introduction
It has been set along the history of time that several governments or ideas of what the way a country should be rolled have caused notorious damage to society without eventtaking conscience of it; for example, the Nazis, who killed thousands of people. An actual and controversial example of this nowadays is the actual situation in Cuba which far from improving Cuban quality of life is decaying according to the actual socialist standards. Cuban government actions have a critical influence in the actual social, political and economic precarious situation of Cuba.
I.Background Information
A. Cuban Laws
In the first chapter of the “Republic of Cuba Political Constitution of 1976” states that the political, social and economic principles for which I only consider for context the 21st and the 17th in which it says that the law defends the freedom and the dignity of all man by giving the citizens the right to personal ownership of earning savings andthat the state directly administers the goods that make up socialist property of the entire people. This, to me seems to be a situation where they promise something and do something else that conveniently benefits them and if you try to do something they will show you the article of the Constitution where it clearly says it controls the goods that makes a socialist system.
B. DiplomaticRelations
After some reforms in the Cuban Constitution, the government took away the lands and the companies of some American citizens for which the U.S diplomatic got in a really tense situation in which Cuba was taking what it belongs to it by force and where the U.S as one of the principle powers of the world wanted a compensate for the affected American people. From that point further the Cubangovernment didn´t get a step back and the U.S couldn´t get at war without getting other diplomatic relationships affected, the U.S government as a response to such embarrassing situation made acts that stated the cut off of economic interaction with Cuba; from that point forward there has been changes in which each country affects the other for example, Cuban education. (Hanson, Stephanie.“U.S.-Cuba Relations”. Council on Foreign Relations. January 11, 2010. http://pdba.georgetown.edu/Constitutions/Cuba/cuba1976.html)
C. Education
“ As in many other socialist countries, the Marxist-Leninist philosophy of praxis inspires the objectives of the education system10 of educating a "New Human Being," to: assume its most basic social duties, to educate this being to producematerial and spirituals goods that will serve society in a way that every human being participates in material production, in order to eliminate the contradiction among school and society, producerand consumers, intellectual work and physical work, and among cities and rural areas.”(Gaspernini, Lavinia. Country Studies. The Cuban Education System: Lessons and Dilemmas. Vol I 5 July 2000.) Accordingto this, even though for been in a socialist system and for having old conflict the is for adjunction the teaching of resistance to the U.S.

II. Political Status
A. Fidel Castro
Fidel Castro before getting up to the presidential chair used to be a rebel to his predecessor, cornel Batista, where in 1953 Castro got exiliated to Mexico for an in tempt of attack, once there he met...
