Budget

we are going to do a family party for a classic birthday so we are not going to spend too much money, invite to much people or do an exotic decoration.
we do this budget thinking aboutGonzalo's party.
we will invite the family, because in this kinds of parties it's like a tradition , since the person is born , that all the family attends to the birthday , also we have to invitesome friends of Gonzalo, because we think that between some cousins and friends ,the person may enjoy to the one hundred percent the party, for example:
-between his friend and cousins may playfootball, or another sport( also uncles and aunts could integrate to this activity).
-between his friends and cousins may talk about funny moments that they share in their lives, things that they areinterested, etc.
the number of people at the party will be approximately 20, between friends and family.
the place will be Gonzalo's house because all his family and his closest friends know where helives also it has the necessary space to put the tables, chair, ornaments, and the other stuff for the party.
the food we are going to use for the party are going to be:
-chips: because it's verycommon to see chips in every birthday and they are delicious, we are going to buy 4 packages of 250 grs. of Lays , that will cost 4760 Chilean pesos.
-Mayonnaise-Ketchup: because they are delicioussauces and they are very common in parties, we will buy 1 kg. of Hellman's mayonnaise and ketchup, that will cost 3600 Chilean pesos.
- Jam, Cheese, Egg sandwiches: because they are common in partyand always there are people that don't like cheese but they like eggs that's why we put this variation of sandwiches,
we will buy 3 packs of bread, that will cost 5000 Chilean pesos, 3000 Chileanpesos of cheese and jam , 24 eggs , that will cost 2800 Chilean pesos.
- Cake: it will be of lucuma and cost 9000 Chilean pesos.
