Resumen: INTRODUCCIÓN: Los métodos de cultivo en biología son de suma importancia debido a las muchas funciones que se pueden desempeñar; existendiferentes tipos de acuerdo con el uso que se les quiera dar y existen condiciones que son muy importantes como son la disponibilidad de nutrientes, pH, temperatura e incluso la esterilidad del medio. Las bacterias son microorganismos muy importantes para el desarrollo de la vida en la Tierra, ya que ayudan a muchos procesos metabólicos, aunque algunas causen enfermedades. OBJETIVO: Identificarbacterias no patógenas del cuerpo, aprender a realizar cultivos e identificar las células que hay en los cultivos. HIPÓTESIS: Si podremos realizar un cultivo apropiado entonces podremos diferenciar las Gram+ de las Gram-. MATERIALES Y MÉTODO: Colocamos la caja de Petri cerca del fuego para esterilizar la zona, aplicamos distintas muestras y dejamos durante una semana, luego observamos en elmicroscopio y teñimos las muestras. RESULTADOS: Obtuvimos diferentes cultivos y pudimos observar la diferencia entre las bacterias y células que había ya que tenían diferente color y forma. DISCUSIÓN: Pudimos observar la importancia de las bacterias en el organismo y las diferencias que existen entre los diferentes cultivos. CONCLUSIÓN: Aprendimos a hacer cultivos, diferenciar bacterias y teñirlas.PERSPECTIVA: Será útil en la realización y análisis de cultivos adecuados en un futuro. CUESTIONARIO: Las bacterias son muy importantes aunque hay muchas que son dañinas para los humanos, aunque actualmente se les dan numerosos usos para el beneficio humano.

Abstract: INTRODUCTION: The methods of culture in biology perform supreme importance due to many functions that can get out of a jam; differenttypes of agreement exist with the use that wants to give them. There exist conditions that are very important for the culture: the availability of nutrients, the consistency of the way, oxygen´s presence, dampness, light, pH, temperature and the sterility of the way. The bacterias are very important microorganisms for the development of the life in the Earth, they help in many metabolicprocesses however, some of them cause several diseases, but in general they are very beneficial for life. OBJECTIVE: Identify pathogenic bacteria in the body, learning to perform culture and identify cells that are in cultivation. HYPOTHESIS: If we realize an appropriate culture we will identify the Gram + from the Gram-. MATERIALS AND METHOD: We place Petri's box near the fire to sterilize the zone,apply different samples and stop for one week, then we observe in the microscope and dye the samples. RESULTS: We obtained different cultures and could observe the difference between the bacteria and cells that existed since they had different color and form. DISCUSSION: We could observe the importance of the bacteria in the organism and the differences that exist between the different cultures.CONCLUSION: We learned to make cultures, differentiate different types of bacteria and how to dye them. PERSPECTIVE: It will be useful in the conduct and analysis of suitable crops in the future. QUESTIONNAIRE: The bacteria are very important but there are many that are harmful to humans, but currently they are numerous applications for human benefit.
