Today, they invite their guests to share in the same comfortable intimate atmosphere, pleasant service, and gastronomical experiences they lived and enjoyed back home.
Carrabba’sItalian Grill at Citrus Park has been welcoming their guests for over a year now. Still, it is not unusual to observe people lining up in front of the earth tone bricks facade. Details are accentuatedwith green shades representing the colors of the Italian flag. Upon entering the restaurant, customers are greeted with welcoming smiles, providing an atmosphere of companionship. Hostesses guidetheir guests in a prompt and courteous manner to the waiting area, which is furnished with comfortable furniture that provides the sensation of sitting at a relative’s home, while waiting for dinner to beserved. Meanwhile, canapés are brought at no charge. A visit to the restrooms is needed before being seated. Because Italian words can be heard through the speakers located at the bathroom area, ausual procedure becomes an educational one. Different areas are furnished to please most of their patrons’ preferences. The bar area allows unaccompanied adults or couples to enjoy dinner and a fewdrinks. The booths accommodate families or groups of up to six persons. Tables, are for groups of six or more. The gentlemen prefer to sit facing the television monitors to follow the scores of asporting event. The ladies prefer to have an amusing conversation, while listening to soft background music.
