Business Unit 1
Business is a decision making organization which use a combination of: input, an idea, money and raw materials, process, action of turning input into outputs, finally the outputsthat are goods and services.
There four factors of production land, labour, capital and enterprise. The most important of the four is enterprise since it links the other factors of production. Withoutenterprise the other factors will not work as well they work with enterprise.
The functional areas of marketing are: Finance, Marketing, HR Marketing and Operation management. To get a successfulbusiness you need to have a food quality and quantity of input to the produce a output with a high quality. In addition you need to have a good connection between the functional areas. Firstly thefinance area should manage the forecast of the business; they are in charge of payments of the employees. Moreover, the marketing area will decide the package and price of the product. They also wouldsearch and identify what the customer is looking for. Finally, he will decide if the product will be sell by internet, by a shop or may be by catalogues. The HR manager is in charge of training theemployees and of the organization of the staff. The HR manager sees how is the one who sees the employees develop inside the business. Operation management is the one who sees and control the output andthe stock and the method of production. He is in charge of joining the other three areas of work in only one.

Primary: they are the one that take the raw material.They are in charge of the factor of production. Is the First sector in the business.
Secondary: this economic sector creates a finish or usable product to manufacture the product and take it to anotherfactory. In the last years the second sector has decline a lot.
