Abstract:
The work is about analyzing the film ¨Experiment¨ from the perspective of education.
The trial is to compare the film to life in our classrooms, how they influence the infrastructure, the profile of teachers, leaders or lead person groups, as reflected treatment between student-teacher in the behaviors presented by students in the classroom.
Is made regarding the use of behaviorsrelating them to philosophical education; can show that the role of teachers, depending on the circumstances come to have characteristics of the current with which the educator is identified, that is, he can act in a way depending on the current philosophy of interest or pleasure. As an example, we can say that the teacher materialist believes only in the visible, the pragmatic learning throughexperience and as little as possible of the books and the rationalist despises the senses as a source of knowledge, the existentialist respects freedom of decision learner (free to attend classes or not), the idealist believes that the key is finding and true ideas, in turn, the positivist is the controller of the learning process through the application of rules and techniques.
On this work, weconsider the positivist that we could observe in the film, whose paradigm rational and methodical, consistent with the practice of rewarding the students for their achievements and punish him for his faults, to the extreme behavior that can lead teachers to punish the errors of the student rather than the faults, generating frustration and even seriously affecting their self-esteem in some cases. Thisdynamic unacceptable rate of natural errors of any person in the learning process more responsive to conditioned search method, which in a real teaching method that leverages the student's cognitive abilities and motivate effectively to acquire knowledge give the teacher wishes.
There is also operant conditioning where spontaneous behavior and its consequences are determined learning in thisway, the consequences strengthen the behavior pleasant and unpleasant weaken. If a teacher positivist follower of standards or technical controller and also the learning process, considered to be followed by a punishment for the student to "learn" there is no guarantee that learning as such a punishment will cause a rapid and intense acquisition "what not to do", but this was not sustained over time,therefore, the student will receive the punishment as "something you can´t do," but there will be no actual mental process and hence there is no learning true.
For all these reasons, the question still remains: does the method of punishment will be effective? It's a good question to ponder.
In short, the affinity of a teacher towards positivism, or any of the other streams must be handled withresponsibility for it, avoiding absolute visions and behaviors swelling words, having an open mind to other methods and taking care, not to distort the essence behind what they present
This film shows how the attitude of people is influenced by their environment, as the group, despite being heterogeneous, controlled environment and the situation in which boxes are taking are going to change theirway of being and acting, and of that case in education in the various classrooms of the country, there are students with different temperaments, goals and situations that are transmitted by themselves.
So it is important the profile of teachers in the classroom and the student will respond according to the treatment of teachers and students have empathy with the teacher.
The essay emphasizesthe importance of student leaders but care must be taken to assume this role, since it must be a person to solve conflicts in a proper way without using violence or try to take a group down the wrong path, the leader should use the resources you have around, and learn to see situations more appropriately.
