5. ABSTRAC
Since the emergence of mankind has always been empirical administration, so you can see that man acts as a leader, itcan plan, organize, direct and control by nature, but the Industrial Revolution was a change in all aspects of ideology, leaving traditionalism and entering the scientism.
In early twentieth century suggests a radical change as it leaves the labor and machinery includes, for what is done recruitment in a scientific manner, which caused it to set standards for improving the work and encouragestaff.
While in the U.S. imposed the scientism of Taylor, in Europe a new movement was born, the administrative process of Henry Fayol who with his 14 principles provides a different approach in the management process.
Human behavior in the U.S. appears as the main opposition to scientism, which seeks to study the same science of behavior management, especially psychology.
The decision theory isbased on quantitative and mathematical methods taking as a fundamental pillar the investigation of operations for better decision-making.
Moreover systemic school teaches us that firms must operate as open systems, since they must be in constant communication with suppliers, customers, vendors.
The structuralist school uses the principles of the bureaucracy school of Max Weber and the structuralismof writers such as Renate Maintz, indicates that every company should have: authority, communication, behavior and structure.
Neoclassical school or eclectic refers to the administration for specific objectives, avoiding mistakes, based on past situations.
Quality school invites us to perform tasks without mistakes and gradually improve our performance in different areas.
The twenty-firstcentury presents a revolutionary new approach based on values, change, technology, new knowledge.
Different approaches through the past centuries, but whit the same purpose, constantly improve production and the relationship of staff.

6. RESUMEN
Desde el surgimiento de la humanidad siempre ha existidola administración empírica, por lo que se puede apreciar que el hombre actúa como líder, mismo que puede planear, organizar, dirigir y controlar por naturaleza , pero con la Revolución Industrial se da un cambio ideológico en todos los aspectos, abandonando el tradicionalismo e introduciendo el cientificismo.
A inicios del siglo XX se propone un cambio radical, ya que se abandona la mano de obrae incorpora la maquinaria; por lo que se realiza la selección de personal de una manera científica, mismo que provoco que se establezcan estándares para mejorar las condiciones de trabajo e incentivar al personal.
Mientras que en EEUU se imponía el cientifismo de Taylor, en Europa nacía un nuevo movimiento, el proceso administrativo de Henry Fayol quien con sus 14 principios establece un enfoquediferente en el proceso de administración.
El comportamiento humano aparece en EEUU como principal oposición al cientificismo, mismo que busca estudiar las ciencias de la conducta la administración, en especial la psicología.
