Well, it is know that buy something gives apleasure when you earn money and that moment comes. Also it is known as “the women hobby”, because most people say, they are who spent more money. But, what happen when the passion for shopping goesbeyond the financial limits? It comes the disaster.
Shopping is considered a powerful addiction, because it has the strength to disappear a lot of money in a jiffy. Many people have ended in ruinbecause of the compulsive need to buy and keep buying. In this exercise we explain with more details, how the shopping addiction can affect the life.
In this time, we can see manyoffers in different stores or in the internet. Indeed, they are options that one could not reject, but if you are conscious or your financial situation, you will say “it will arrive later”. Unfortunatelyin other people it is not the same case. They feel a need of buying all they can, without measuring bad consequences for themselves. Compulsive shopping and spending are defined as excessive and outof control. Like any other addiction, it mostly has to do with impulsiveness and lack of control over one's impulses.
Addicts often run their credit cards up to the limit; they believe that if theyshop they will feel better. But compulsive shopping and spending generally makes a person feel worse. It is very similar to other addictive behaviors and has some of the same characteristics asdrinking addiction, gambling and overeating addictions.
Compulsive shopping or spending can occur when a person feels depressed, lonely or angry. This thought about “If I buy more, I will feel better”...
