Most of the Spanish people have some diet problems. This matter is being discussed at the TV, news, on the internet… For that reason The State or society should promote some kinds of food.
On theone hand, People who work in a restaurant where most of clients go there to eat after work and, in addition, clients don’t have enough time to eat, they could promote some kinds of food: vegetables,fruits… How they can do it? It is easy; the restaurant can do a set menu where dishes are cheaper than the others. For example: If their clients want to eat a hamburger, the cooker can make it withonion, tomato, lettuce instead of cheese or mayonnaise. As for the drink, the waiter could put on the table a bottle of water or juice of fruits instead of Coke, Fanta, and Sprite. Moreover The Statecan promote healthy food giving money to people who work in advertising. For example to give money to advertising agency that creates a commercial spot where appear people eating fruits, doing sport...but the aim of the spot is to advertise books, laptops not the food... According to statistics Malta, UK, USA, and Germany are the countries where there are more cases of obesity
Neverthelessobesity is not the only diet problem. We can see problems of anorexia and bulimia. These problems can begin from the fashion world where “beautiful” women are skinny, nowadays fashion models are morecontrolled by doctors. This economic sector even then it has to make an affort. We can avoid anorexia’s problems by means of information, for instance, some people can give a talk at schools focused inteenagers since, from my point of view, teenagers don’t know enough about consequences of anorexia (Feeling tired most of the time, to be cold, bad temperament... )
First of all, parents should payattention about this topic. When children are eating at home, they have to make sure that their children eat correctly.
To sum up, in developing countries the reason for these problems can be the life...
