United States is a nation of ethnically diverse and multicultural world, the product of large-scale immigration and on the other side is the largest national economy in the world. Work or investigation will be very useful and different from previous investigations that have been made on this subject.

United States of America (USA) isthe world's leading power and ranking first in the world ranking in terms of economic wealth, military and technological development. As such, has the ability to influence the rest of the world. Throughout its history, economy and society, this article examines the keys that have helped to achieve this privileged status. This paper aims to highlight precisely those factors that country, whichsubsequently contributed to its rapid expansion. It is not therefore a history of United States, but rather a small presentation in a detailed way, those contexts that have been really significant in this process, which essentially concern the country's culture.

Startedfrom the British colonization of North America, starring British immigrants who founded waves, between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, Thirteen Colonies on the Atlantic coast of the North American continent, located east of the Appalachians, between the French possessions in Quebec and Louisiana.
After a rather peaceful development of the settlers, wars against the French in the northforced the creation of colonial corps, one of the first expressions of national identity. Later, encouraged by the ideas of the French encyclopedists, came the uprisings as the Boston Tea Party in Boston Harbor (1773). The English government crackdown led to the beginning of the War of Independence. The settlers formed a militia army were placed under the command of George Washington, who struggledto equip their men with weapons and ammunition, besides not having a fleet to fight the British Empire, so called for help to France, which recently emerged from the Seven Years War and agreed to help the British colonies in their emancipation.

The United States of America are 48 states in the territory of North America plus Alaska and Hawaii. Other areascorrespond to the territories of Puerto Rico, Samoa, Guam and the Virgin Islands. The surface of the continental United States is approximately 7.7 million km ². Alaska, which is separated from the continental United States by Canada, is the largest, with 1.5 million km ². Hawaii occupies an archipelago located in the central Pacific, southwest of North America, covering just over 16 000 km ² .77 AfterRussia and Canada, is the third or fourth largest country in the world by total area (land and water), falling just above or below China.
The country has many landforms and landforms. As one moves inland, the coastal plain of the Atlantic seaboard gives rise to deciduous forest and the Piedmont plateau.
