Chapter 1: Catherine´s Ghost
1. The story takes place around 1900.
The history of Wuthering Heights takes around 1700-1800.
2. Heathcliff is the narrator.
Nelly Dean narrates the first half of the story.
3. Mr. Lockwood is the owner of Thrushcross Grange.
Mr. Lockwood is the renter of Thrushcross Grange.
4. The atmosphereis very happy and friendly for the most part.
The atmosphere is cold and sad for the most part.
5. On Mr. Lockwood´s second visit to Wuthering Heights, everyone is more relaxed.

6. Mr. Lockwood walks home in the snowstorm.
Mr. Lockwood was not able to walk home due to the snowstorm.

Because Heathcliff is stronger.

Because she was high spirited, sing and laugh all day long, and she always misbehaving.
8. How do things at Wuthering Heights change after Mr Earnshaw´s death?Hindley took Wuthering Heights under his command and due to his wife Frances, Heathcliff was ordered to live with the servants.

Chapter 3: Befriending the Lintons
a. (3) Catherine returns to Wuthering Heights five week later, dramatically changed in manners.
b. (1) Heathcliff and Catherine spy on the Lintons through a window at Thrushcross Grange.
c. (8) Heathcliff is planning to takerevenge on Hindley.
d. (6) Nelly offers to help Heathcliff and tries to encourage him.
e. (4) Seeing Catherine so changed, Heathcliff avoids her.
f. (2) After being attacked by a dog, Catherine is taken inside Thruscross Grange but Heathcliff is theown out.
g. (7) Heathcliff is punished by Hindley for throwing food at Edgar.
h. (5) At Christmas, the Earnshaws invite the Lintonsto Wuthering Heights.

Chapter 4: Catherine´s Choice
1. When Francess dies, Hindley
