Las Guerras de Yugoslavia fueron una serie de conflictos en elterritorio de la antigua Yugoslavia, que se sucedieron entre 1991 y 2001. Comprendieron dos grupos de guerras sucesivas que afectaron a las seis ex repúblicas yugoslavas. Se han empleado términos alternativos como Guerra de los Balcanes, la Guerra de la ex Yugoslavia, Guerras Yugoslavas de Secesión o raramente Tercera Guerra Balcánica (un término acuñado por el periodista británico Misha Glenny,aludiendo a las Guerras de los Balcanes entre 1912y 1913).
