Currently technology has become part of the society´s bases. The new products (and in general any technological advance) let us do thing easier, cheaper, faster and simultaneously; itsimplify life, that´s the reason why technology nowadays is essential for us .The benefits are not only for de costumers, the companies know better than anyone else that using the rightsystems for them, can make a huge improvement in processes for the goods and services and it will be reflected on the productivity and the income. What we do not think about is what happenswith all those elements when we throw them away, where they go? The common answer for that question will be to the landfill and that’s right, most of the time all the electronics products(hardware) become trash, but what we must remind is that in every single device are materials or pieces reusable, recyclable, or refurbishable. That means that we throw away thing that can be usedagain, or that can be put in a cycle, or that can be renovated and restored. In other words we throw away raw materials and money. And in our time we don’t have enough resources to do that, if wewant to continue with the same level of development or creating new goods we must have a general rule for all the countries to begin processes of reverse logistics for all kind ofproducts. The companies needs to understand that the reverse logistics starts with the design of the goods, the products must be thought as a part of a cycle, not as the end of one. In the otherhand costumers need to be aware and responsible of one basic steps of the process, the disposition of the products, to get the materials on the way to be used again for our own good.So the change that we have to make is gigantic, the way we see and understand the world has to be transformed only that will give us the key to sustainable development and green economies.
