CONSTITUCIÓN POLÍTICA DE LOS ESTADOS
UNIDOS MEXICANOS

Es la carta magna que rige al estado mexicano aprobada por el congreso constituyente el 5 de febrero de 1917, con el primer presidente de la republica mexicana el entonces empresario y político VenustianoCarranza. Esta fue redactada en Santiago de Querétaro, por una convención constitucional de la revolución mexicana.
Actualmente, es el marco político y legal que rige en México para la organización y relación entre el gobierno federal con los estados y ciudadanos mexicanos o extranjeros que se encuentran dentro del territorio nacional.
Los principios esenciales de la constitución política de losestados unidos mexicanos son la declaración de los derechos y obligaciones de los individuos que se encuentran en el territorio. Así mismo, resalta la soberanía de la nación, es decir, que es el poder absoluto y perpetuo del estado mexicano, su máxima ley.
