Free Running
This extreme sport is very similar with parkour. The difference is that with free running you do more gymnastics and more flips. The good thing about this sport is that the onlymaterials you need are some running shoes and yourself. The first time I knew about this sport was when I was in seventh grade when I came upon a video on YouTube about free running. This is sport not verycompetitive but there are some competitions in the world.

The first time I practiced this sport was with a neighbor of mine. We jumped from roof to roof and we also climbed walls and we did somevaults over objects. This sport is not easy but is really fun. What I suggest for people wanting to try this sport is to first go on YouTube and look for tutorials. This sport is very liberating andmost important it’s free.
