GEOGRAPHY AND CLIMATE
Puno region has a substantially flat geography because much of its territory lies in the Collao. north rises the cordillera Carabaya and south sea or volcanic mountain range.
The city of Puno on Lake Titicaca and its climate is cold and semi seco.La rainy season begins in October and ends in abril. La average annual temperature is 14 ° C (58 ° F) and minimum 3 ° C(37 ° F).
ATTRACTION
Puno Cathedral
The cathedral was built in the seventeenth century and its facade was carved by the master builder Simon Asto.This Peruvian church is an example of Spanish Baroque and includes Andean elements that give the monument its mixed character.
