INTRODUCTION:
Looks at the development of a dessert. The which has a very old history. We will also know yourpreparation time and the old method which dealt to prepare for. It is known that I was formerly collected snow from the mountains and they sweetened with honey, this being one of the most prizeddesserts, and with a variety of flavors.
OBJECTIVE:
We will explain the history and the realization of the ice cream.
HYPOTHESIS:
Ice cream is the best dessert in seasons of heat.ICE CREAM
Ice cream is a frozen dessert. In general the products used in its manufacture are: milk, sugar, sweeteners, cream of milk, egg, fruit, chocolate, nuts, yogurt, water mineraland stabilizers.
Formerly the mountain snow was collected and endulzaba with honey. Many Kings and monarchs were truly addicted to this dessert at the end that those who were assigned to the task ofcollecting the snow were severely punished if their precious cargo arrived to melt.
The ice cream was born in China, where the King Tang of Shang, had a method to create mixes of ice and milk. Chinait passed to the India, Persian cultures and then to Greece and Rome. But it is precisely in the Italy of the late middle ages when the ice cream takes nature of nature in Europe; Marco Polo in the13th century, returning from his travels to the East, brought several dessert recipes ice cream used in Asia for hundreds of years, which were introduced with some popularity in the Italian courts.
Inthe 16th century Catherine de Medici married Henry II of France, his Cook took these primitive ice cream recipes to the French Court, keeping them with much secrecy. In France egg was added to recipes.A granddaughter of Catherine, married an English Prince carried England ice cream as well. In this way spread these products in Europe leading then to America during the time of colonization.
