He explain us the undefined love God has and how that love is able to restore any sin or wound we might have. Starting with problems as big as divided churches to personal troubles, he can heal it all if we have faith. Fresh faithis illustrated with true stories of people from different backgrounds to make us see that faith is something powerful and real. When our heart really accepts Jesus as one and only, then we can experience the kind of faith able to make a huge impact and give us the change we are waiting in our life’s.

This book really invites us to experience the blessing that true faith has. When readingabout the miraculous healing of his daughter and also the union of broken relationships, we can see the huge rewards something as little as faith can give us. After reading this book I was able to have a clear image of how powerful is God that He is able to take back what the devil has stolen and make it a lot better. I am a really optimistic person and I really liked how this book had thatoptimistic spirit. There were many lines I really liked about this book, and many of them are positive ones but the is one that might cause trouble in our life’s and with the one I identify myself a lot. The line kind of says that faith is not hard what is hard is that sometimes we have to wait to the reward and just keep growing in our faith. But sometimes we are not that patient and it’s hard to keepgrowing in our faith when we don’t “see” a concrete result. But the optimistic spirit of this book brings us hope to try to increase our patient and never quit on growing our faith.

This book talks about how we can take the most of a simple conversation we have and how to deal with a more complex one,because we all have conversation daily. We can build a lot with a simple conversation or destroy a lot too. This book talks about small personal conversations and about professional conversation. In this world to be a leader you have to know how to manage crucial conversations. To be able to manage a crucial conversation, which is nothing more than a normal conversation in different environments, youhave to be able to understand the main idea of it and then be able to keep it flowing and finally get to a point or solution. This book shows us seven basic steps for having a successful conversation.

In my opinion when I first saw the title of this book I thought it would be basically of learning a series of principles and just learn how to think before talking depending and the situation.Notice that my main thought was this book’s main idea is correct usage of the brain to establish and intelligent conversation, but I was impressed when one of the main things this book talks about is that conversations must start with our heart. Then I was interest in the book, because I’m not too much of a logical person but I am a feeling type of person. This book really helped me in noticingsome error I constantly make when having a conversation. As the book mentions, listening is just as important as talking and to be honest I don’t apply that too much. But I understand after reading this book the real “why?” of this statement. We can give a more effective answer if we allow ourselves to understand what the other person is trying to tell us.
