Hobby Ingles

5th Semester


In my family we have been doing many hobbies ever since I can remember, my parents have liked going out doors, they have been very fit, they dress up comfortably, use sneakers,shorts and t-shirts. They have to drink water or a rehydration drink. They first have to warm up before starting if this is not done correctly they could hurt themselves. They always sign up for anymarathon that comes out. My parents have been participating in marathons since they got married.


My sister Peggy has loved putting together puzzles from 2,000 pieces up to 5,000 pieces. This hasbeen challenging for her because she never looks for easy images. When she finishes putting them together she sends them to be framed sometimes you can even think it’s a painting and not a jigsawpuzzle. She has had a lot of patience. There are times that she doesn’t sleep because she connects the piece that she gets.


My grandfather Herbert has been filming with an old camera we havetried convincing him of using the camcorder which is smaller and more modern don’t forget easier to reproduce and that way he won’t have to use the large and heavy projector and screen to show us homemovies. He has shown us his earlier films when he was starting you could tell that even though he didn’t have any previous knowledge nor had any studies, the quality of his films are extraordinary. He’sa very active person.


My grandmother Molly unlike my grandfather likes to be still, in a peaceful environment where she has been writing poetry. Her words have given us many pleasantimaginative places where we have traveled seeing those words come to life. She has said that she had started to write ever since she was eight. When the war had started it was the only thing that kept herhappy instead of depressed.


My baby brother Brad, he’s ten and has been collecting and putting together model cars. I had thought that he might be even interested in planes or trains, but he...
