In a faraway land there lived a man and a woman who wanted
with all his might have a child.
They had a beautiful house near a garden full of flowers and fruit that is never afraid to move becausehe belonged to a witch
very powerful.
One day the woman was looking at the garden and saw some beautiful
peaches liked right away. She told her husband and
he went to get peaches. Suddenly he hearda cry:
- Daring! You've taken my best peaches.
It was the witch.
-I took them out of necessity. They are for my poor wife, who
is very delicate.
- Well, man, your wife wants them both, you cantake
all the peaches you want from my garden. But you must promise that if ever you come to have a child, I give over into the
at birth!
The man, as I thought it would not be able to have children,agreed. But soon I was born a beautiful child they called Rapunzel. The witch kept his promise and took it.The marriage was very sad.
Rapunzel Time passed and became a beautiful young
with abeautiful blond hair. Rapunzel's hair were the
most beautiful thing ever seen. Blonde as gold, so fine
as silk and very, very long, since they had not been cut
ever. She was so pretty that the witch didnot want anyone to see. By
So he locked her in a tower. From time to time he shouted:
- Rapunzel, witch girl, give me your hair!
When the beautiful young man heard the voice of the witch cast
outthe window her golden hair and he climbed the old.
Over time a prince came along and neared the tower he heard a voice singing.He was surprised how sweet it was, so sweet
stopped to listen. It wasthe voice of Rapunzel. As was always alone, she entertained singing beautiful songs.
The prince wanted to see the young man who had that beautiful voice, but
not find it. Went into hiding for a fewdays to see if he discovered who was the girl who sang so well. One day, while hiding, he heard:
- Rapunzel, witch girl, give me your hair!
And so the witch saw up by the hair of the girl.
