Dear Congress,
There is a problem that we, as Americans, have to solve in order to move forward. That iswhy I am writing this letter to you. Our problem is that we are in an economic crisis and we need to solve it before it gets worse.
There are manycauses of this problem. One cause, in my opinion, is that the banks were very irresponsible with the money that they are in charge of. They werelending out money they did not have. A second cause of this crisis is that we are in debt to foreign countries. One foreign country in particularthat we have a big debt to is China. The reason we are in debt with them is because we keep on borrowing money from them.
A solution to this will bea very difficult one to find. We will need to start getting united more as a country so we can overcome this economic struggle. Also, we will needto work hard in order to get out of debt. We will do this by creating more jobs in this country, and not ship them across seas. Another way wewill be able to solve this will be by not borrowing money from foreign countries, like China anymore.
I hope that this letter will inform you on ourcurrent standing as a country. Also, I hope that you will take in consideration the solutions I addressed in this letter.
